মূসা বললঃ তোমাদের ওয়াদার দিন উৎসবের দিন এবং পূর্বাহেß লোকজন সমবেত হবে।
[Mûsa (Moses)] said: ”Your appointed meeting is the day of the festival, and let the people assemble when the sun has risen (forenoon).”
قَالَ مَوْعِدُكُمْ يَوْمُ الزِّينَةِ وَأَن يُحْشَرَ النَّاسُ ضُحًى
Qala mawAAidukum yawmu alzzeenati waan yuhshara alnnasu duhan
YUSUFALI: Moses said: “Your tryst is the Day of the Festival, and let the people be assembled when the sun is well up.”
PICKTHAL: (Moses) said: Your tryst shall be the day of the feast, and let the people assemble when the sun hath risen high.
SHAKIR: (Musa) said: Your appointment is the day of the Festival and let the people be gathered together in the early forenoon.
KHALIFA: He said, “Your appointed time shall be the day of festivities. Let us all meet in the forenoon.”
৫৯। মুসা বলেছিলো, ” তোমাদের [ নির্ধারিত ] মিলন স্থান ও [ সময় ] হবে উৎসবের দিন এবং জনগণকে সমবেত হতে দেবে যখন সূর্য মধ্যাহ্ন গগনে থাকবে।” ২৫৮৩
২৫৮৩। মিশরবাসীদের বিশেষ উৎসবের দিনকে হযরত মুসা নির্ধারিত করেন। এদিনে মন্দির ও রাস্তা ঘাট বিশেষ ভাবে সজ্জিত করা হয়। জনসাধারণ পূঁজা উপলক্ষে কাজ থেকে অবসর গ্রহণ করে। এ দিনে মিশরের আপামর জনসাধারণ মন্দিরে সমবেত হয়। হযরত মুসা তাঁর অলৌকিক ক্ষমতা বা আল্লাহ্র মোজেজা প্রদর্শনের জন্য এ দিনকেই নির্ধারিত করেন। তাঁর উদ্দেশ্য ছিলো তিনি যেনো বিরাট জনগোষ্ঠির সামনে আল্লাহ্র সত্যকে প্রকাশ করার সুযোগ লাভ করেন। তাঁর এই উদ্দেশ্য কিছুটা হলেও সফল হয়। কারণ মিশরের কিছু প্রভাবশালী যাদুকর মুসার অলৌকিক ক্ষমতার দ্বারা প্রভাবিত হয়ে পড়েন [ ২০ : ৭০, ৭২ – ৭৬ ]।
