আমি ভূমিকে বিস্তৃত করেছি, তাতে পর্বতমালার ভার স্থাপন করেছি এবং তাতে সর্বপ্রকার নয়নাভিরাম উদ্ভিদ উদগত করেছি।
And the earth! We have spread it out, and set thereon mountains standing firm, and have produced therein every kind of lovely growth (plants).
وَالْأَرْضَ مَدَدْنَاهَا وَأَلْقَيْنَا فِيهَا رَوَاسِيَ وَأَنبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ زَوْجٍ بَهِيجٍ
Waal-arda madadnaha waalqayna feeha rawasiya waanbatna feeha min kulli zawjin baheejin
YUSUFALI: And the earth- We have spread it out, and set thereon mountains standing firm, and produced therein every kind of beautiful growth (in pairs)-
PICKTHAL: And the earth have We spread out, and have flung firm hills therein, and have caused of every lovely kind to grow thereon,
SHAKIR: And the earth, We have made it plain and cast in it mountains and We have made to grow therein of all beautiful kinds,
KHALIFA: And we created the earth, and scattered on it mountains, and grew in it all kinds of beautiful plants.
০৭। এবং পৃথিবী, আমি তাকে বিস্তৃত করেছি, এবং তাতে স্থাপন করেছি সুদৃঢ় পর্বতমালা ৪৯৪৬এবং তাতে সব রকমের সুন্দর সুন্দর জিনিষ উৎপন্ন করেছি [ জোড়ায় জোড়ায় ] ৪৯৪৭ –
৪৯৪৬। দেখুন [ ১৩ : ৩ ] আয়াত এবং [ ১৫ : ১৯ ] আয়াত ও টিকা ১৯৫৫। পৃথিবী যদিও গোল্ তবুও এর আয়তনের তুলনায় মানুষের অস্তিত্ব এত ক্ষুদ্র যে পৃথিবীর ভূমিকে মানুষের নিকট মনে হয় বিস্তৃত সমতল। কার্পেটকে যেরূপ পেরেকের মাধ্যমে স্বস্থানে সন্নিবেশিত করা হয়। পর্বতমালা ঠিক সেরূপ পৃথিবীর বিস্তৃত ভূমিকে স্বস্থানে রাখতে সাহায্য করে।
৪৯৪৭। দেখুন [ ২২ : ৫ ] ও টিকা ২৭৭৭। [ ১৩ : ৩ ] আয়াতের টিকা ১৮০৪ এ আভাষ দান করা হয়েছে উদ্ভিদ জগতের যৌনতা সম্বন্ধে।
