যখন তারা জাহান্নামে পরস্পর বিতর্ক করবে, অতঃপর দূর্বলরা অহংকারীদেরকে বলবে, আমরা তোমাদের অনুসারী ছিলাম। তোমরা এখন জাহান্নামের আগুনের কিছু অংশ আমাদের থেকে নিবৃত করবে কি?
Behold, they will dispute with each other in the Fire! The weak ones (who followed) will say to those who had been arrogant, “We but followed you: Can ye then take (on yourselves) from us some share of the Fire?
وَإِذْ يَتَحَاجُّونَ فِي النَّارِ فَيَقُولُ الضُّعَفَاء لِلَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا إِنَّا كُنَّا لَكُمْ تَبَعًا فَهَلْ أَنتُم مُّغْنُونَ عَنَّا نَصِيبًا مِّنَ النَّارِ
Wa-ith yatahajjoona fee alnnari fayaqoolu aldduAAafao lillatheena istakbaroo inna kunna lakum tabaAAan fahal antum mughnoona AAanna naseeban mina alnnari
YUSUFALI: Behold, they will dispute with each other in the Fire! The weak ones (who followed) will say to those who had been arrogant, “We but followed you: Can ye then take (on yourselves) from us some share of the Fire?
PICKTHAL: And when they wrangle in the Fire, the weak say unto those who were proud: Lo! we were a following unto you; will ye therefor rid us of a portion of the Fire?
SHAKIR: And when they shall contend one with another in the fire, then the weak shall say to those who were proud: Surely we were your followers; will you then avert from us a portion of the fire?
KHALIFA: As they argue in Hell, the followers will say to their leaders, “We used to be your followers, can you spare us any part of this Hell?”
৪৭। দেখো তারা আগুনের মাঝে পরস্পরের সাথে বির্তক করবে ৪৪২০। দুর্বল [যারা অনুসরণ করতো ] বলবে উদ্ধতদের ” আমরা তো তোমাদেরই অনুসরণ করতাম , এখন কি তোমরা আমাদের থেকে জাহান্নামের আগুনের কিছু অংশ [তোমাদের উপরে ] নেবে ” ?
৪৪২০। আল্লাহ্র একত্বে বিশ্বাসের মাধ্যমে প্রকৃত সত্যের প্রতি অনুরাগ জন্মে। ফলে আত্মার মাঝে, ব্যক্তির চিন্তা ভাবনার জগতে সমন্বিত শৃঙ্খলা বিরাজ করে। কোনও ব্যাপারই তাকে বিভ্রান্তি ঘটাতে সক্ষম হয় না। আত্মসংযম, আত্মশৃঙ্খলা তার জীবনের চলার পথে হবে সাথী। যার পরিণতিতে তার ঘটে আত্মিক মুক্তি। অর্থাৎ সে পৃথিবীর লোভ লালসার উর্দ্ধে উঠতে সক্ষম হয়। এক কথায় আল্লাহ্র একত্বে বিশ্বাস , সত্যের প্রতি অনুরাগ ও সমন্বিত শৃঙ্খলার মাধ্যমে ব্যক্তির আত্মিক মুক্তি ঘটে যার ফলে তার জীবন স্বর্গীয় সুখে ভরে যায়। অপরপক্ষে ভর্ৎসনা বিবাদ-কলহ, এবং বিশৃঙ্খলা হচ্ছে দোযখের শাস্তির প্রতীক স্বরূপ।
