অতএব, আল্লাহর রহমতের ফল দেখে নাও, কিভাবে তিনি মৃত্তিকার মৃত্যুর পর তাকে জীবিত করেন। নিশ্চয় তিনি মৃতদেরকে জীবিত করবেন এবং তিনি সব কিছুর উপর সর্বশক্তিমান।
Look then at the effects (results) of Allâh’s Mercy, how He revives the earth after its death. Verily! That (Allâh) Who revived the earth after its death shall indeed raise the dead (on the Day of Resurrection), and He is Able to do all things.
فَانظُرْ إِلَى آثَارِ رَحْمَتِ اللَّهِ كَيْفَ يُحْيِي الْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا إِنَّ ذَلِكَ لَمُحْيِي الْمَوْتَى وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Faonthur ila athari rahmati Allahi kayfa yuhyee al-arda baAAda mawtiha inna thalika lamuhyee almawta wahuwa AAala kulli shay-in qadeerun
YUSUFALI: Then contemplate (O man!) the memorials of Allah’s Mercy!- how He gives life to the earth after its death: verily the same will give life to the men who are dead: for He has power over all things.
PICKTHAL: Look, therefore, at the prints of Allah’s mercy (in creation): how He quickeneth the earth after her death. Lo! He verily is the Quickener of the Dead, and He is Able to do all things.
SHAKIR: Look then at the signs of Allah’s mercy, how He gives life to the earth after its death, most surely He will raise the dead to life; and He has power over all things.
KHALIFA: You shall appreciate GOD’s continuous mercy, and how He revives the land that has been dead. He will just as certainly resurrect the dead. He is Omnipotent.
৪৯। যদিও [ বৃষ্টি ] লাভের পূর্বে – [ আনন্দিত ] হওয়ার পূর্ব পর্যন্ত তারা ছিলো হতাশায় বোবা।
৫০। সুতারাং [ হে মানব সম্প্রদায় ] ! আল্লাহ্র অনুগ্রহের স্মারক সমূহ সম্বন্ধে ধ্যান কর। কি ভাবে তিনি মৃত পৃথিবীকে জীবন দান করেন ৩৫৬৮। নিশ্চয়ই এ ভাবেই মৃত মানুষকে জীবন দান করবেন। নিশ্চয়ই তিনি সকল কিছুর উপরে শক্তিমান।
৩৫৬৮। বাতাস ও মেঘের উপমার পরে এবারে তৃতীয় উপমার অবতারণা করা হয়েছে। শীতের আগমনে অথবা খরার ফলে পৃথিবী সজীবতা হারায়; মাটি শুষ্ক হয়ে যায় ,সবুজ তরুলতা সজীবতা হারিয়ে শুষ্ক ও বিবর্ণ হয়ে পড়ে। শীতের শেষে বসন্তের আগমনে প্রকৃতিতে নব যৌবনের সঞ্চার ঘটে। প্রকৃতি নূতন পত্র-পুষ্পে মঞ্জুরিত হযে ওঠে, নব জাগরণ ঘটে। খরার ফলে শুষ্ক মাটি বৃষ্টির আগমনে আবার পুণর্জীবিত হয়ে ওঠে। আবার মৃত মাটি পত্র পুষ্পে সুশোভিত হয়। ঠিক সেরূপ মানুষের আধ্যাত্মিক জগত। জাগতিক ক্রিয়াকর্মে অত্যাধিক ব্যস্ত থাকার ফলে মানুষের আধ্যাত্মিক জগত অন্ধকারচ্ছন্ন হয়ে পড়ে এবং শেষ পর্যন্ত আত্মা প্রায় মৃতরূপ ধারণ করে। আল্লাহ্র করুণার কণা তার মৃত প্রায় আত্মাকে পুণঃর্জীবিত করতে সক্ষম। ‘মৃতকে জীবিত করেন ‘ বাক্যটি ইহকালে মানুষের আধ্যাত্মিক পুণঃজাগরণ এবং পরলোকের পুণঃরুত্থানকে বোঝানো হয়েছে।
