নিশ্চয় যে অত্যাচারিত হওয়ার পর প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণ করে, তাদের বিরুদ্ধেও কোন অভিযোগ নেই।
And indeed whosoever takes revenge after he has suffered wrong, for such there is no way (of blame) against them.
وَلَمَنِ انتَصَرَ بَعْدَ ظُلْمِهِ فَأُوْلَئِكَ مَا عَلَيْهِم مِّن سَبِيلٍ
Walamani intasara baAAda thulmihi faola-ika ma AAalayhim min sabeelin
YUSUFALI: But indeed if any do help and defend themselves after a wrong (done) to them, against such there is no cause of blame.
PICKTHAL: And whoso defendeth himself after he hath suffered wrong – for such, there is no way (of blame) against them.
SHAKIR: And whoever defends himself after his being oppressed, these it is against whom there is no way (to blame).
KHALIFA: Certainly, those who stand up for their rights, when injustice befalls them, are not committing any error.
৪১। কিন্তু কারও প্রতি অন্যায় করা হলে যদি সে নিজেকে সাহায্য করে এবং প্রতিরক্ষা করে , তবে তাদের প্রতি কোন দোষারোপ করা হবে না ৪৫৮৪।
৪৫৮৪। অত্যাচারিত হওয়ার পরে যারা প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণ করে, তাদের দোষারোপ করে কোন ব্যবস্থা আল্লাহ্ গ্রহণ করবেন না। যদিও তারা ক্ষমার ন্যায় মহৎ পন্থা ত্যাগ করে সাধারণ আইনের আওতায় নিয়োজিত তবুও তাদের কোনও পাপ হবে না। পাপ হবে তাদেরই যারা মানুষের উপরে অন্যায়ভাবে অত্যাচার করে,পৃথিবীতে অন্যায়ভাবে বিদ্রোহ করে ; দেখুন পরবর্তী টিকা।
