অতঃপর তিনি সেখান থেকে ভীত অবস্থায় বের হয়ে পড়লেন পথ দেখতে দেখতে। তিনি বললেন, হে আমার পালনকর্তা, আমাকে জালেম সম্প্রদায়ের কবল থেকে রক্ষা কর।
So he escaped from there, looking about in a state of fear. He said: ”My Lord! Save me from the people who are Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong-doers)!”
فَخَرَجَ مِنْهَا خَائِفًا يَتَرَقَّبُ قَالَ رَبِّ نَجِّنِي مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ
Fakharaja minha kha-ifan yataraqqabu qala rabbi najjinee mina alqawmi alththalimeena
YUSUFALI: He therefore got away therefrom, looking about, in a state of fear. He prayed “O my Lord! save me from people given to wrong-doing.”
PICKTHAL: So he escaped from thence, fearing, vigilant. He said: My Lord! Deliver me from the wrongdoing folk.
SHAKIR: So he went forth therefrom, fearing, awaiting, (and) he said: My Lord! deliver me from the unjust people.
KHALIFA: He fled the city, afraid and watchful. He said, “My Lord, save me from the oppressive people.”
২১। সে সেখান থেকে ভীত সতর্ক অবস্থায় বের হলো ৩৩৪৮। সে প্রার্থনা করেছিলো ; ” হে আমার প্রভু ! তুমি আমাকে এই পাপী সম্প্রদায়ের হাত থেকে উদ্ধার কর।”
৩৩৪৮। মুসা উপলব্ধি করতে পারলেন যে, রাজপ্রাসাদ বা নগরী এমনকি ফেরাউনের রাজত্বের সীমানার মধ্যে তাঁর জীবন নিরাপদ নয়। সুতারাং তিনি স্বেচ্ছা নির্বাসনের মনস্ত করলেন। কিন্তু তিনি কোথায় যাবেন জানেন না। প্রচন্ড মানসিক উদ্বেগ ও উত্তেজনা তাঁকে অস্থির করে তোলে। তিনি কায়মনোবাক্যে একান্তভাবে সেই পরম করুণাময়ের নিকট প্রার্থনা করেন, যার ফলে তিনি আত্মার মাঝে শান্তি লাভ করেন, এবং উদ্বেগ থেকে মুক্ত হন। তিনি সান্তনা লাভ করেন এই ভেবে যে, অন্যায় , অবিচার ও নিষ্পেষণের মাঝে বাস করার থেকে নির্বাসনে যাওয়া অনেক কম কষ্টের।
