অভিযোগ কেবল তাদের বিরুদ্ধে, যারা মানুষের উপর অত্যাচার চালায় এবং পৃথিবীতে অন্যায়ভাবে বিদ্রোহ করে বেড়ায়। তাদের জন্যে রয়েছে যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি।
The way (of blame) is only against those who oppress men and wrongly rebel in the earth, for such there will be a painful torment.
إِنَّمَا السَّبِيلُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ يَظْلِمُونَ النَّاسَ وَيَبْغُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ أُوْلَئِكَ لَهُم عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
Innama alssabeelu AAala allatheena yathlimoona alnnasa wayabghoona fee al-ardi bighayri alhaqqi ola-ika lahum AAathabun aleemun
YUSUFALI: The blame is only against those who oppress men and wrong-doing and insolently transgress beyond bounds through the land, defying right and justice: for such there will be a penalty grievous.
PICKTHAL: The way (of blame) is only against those who oppress mankind, and wrongfully rebel in the earth. For such there is a painful doom.
SHAKIR: The way (to blame) is only against those who oppress men and revolt in the earth unjustly; these shall have a painful punishment.
KHALIFA: The wrong ones are those who treat the people unjustly, and resort to aggression without provocation. These have incurred a painful retribution.
৪২।যারা অন্যায় ভাবে মানুষকে নীপিড়ন করে ,এবং পৃথিবীতে সকল সীমা লংঘন করে থাকে ,সত্য এবং ন্যায়কে অস্বীকার করে , শুধুমাত্র তাদেরকেই দোষারোপ করা হয়। নিশ্চয়ই তাদের জন্য রয়েছে ভয়াবহ শাস্তি ৪৫৮৫।
৪৫৮৫। ক্ষমার ন্যায় মহৎ আইনের আশ্রয় গ্রহণ না করে মানুষ তখনই প্রতিশোধের মাধ্যমে প্রতিরোধের আশ্রয় গ্রহণকরে যখন অপরপক্ষ হয় ভয়াবহ অত্যচারী যেমন ছিলো ফেরাউন। সে নিজেকে আল্লাহ্ বলে ঘোষণা দিয়েছিলো। সে তার নিজের প্রজাদের দাসত্বের শৃঙ্খলে শৃঙ্খলিত করেছিলো এবং সকল মানুষকে যাদুবিদ্যার সাহায্যে প্রতারণা করতো। এরূপ ক্ষেত্রে ক্ষমার প্রশ্নটি সাধারণ লোকের জন্য গ্রহণ করা দুষ্কর।
