যেদিন তিনি তাদের সবাইকে একত্রিত করবেন এবং ফেরেশতাদেরকে বলবেন, এরা কি তোমাদেরই পূজা করত?
And (remember) the Day when He will gather them all together, and then will say to the angels: ”Was it you that these people used to worship?”
وَيَوْمَ يَحْشُرُهُمْ جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ يَقُولُ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ أَهَؤُلَاء إِيَّاكُمْ كَانُوا يَعْبُدُونَ
Wayawma yahshuruhum jameeAAan thumma yaqoolu lilmala-ikati ahaola-i iyyakum kanoo yaAAbudoona
YUSUFALI: One Day He will gather them all together, and say to the angels, “Was it you that these men used to worship?”
PICKTHAL: And on the day when He will gather them all together, He will say unto the angels: Did these worship you?
SHAKIR: And on the day when He will gather them all together, then will He say to the angels: Did these worship you?
KHALIFA: On the day when He summons them all, He will say to the angels, “Did these people worship you?”
৪০। একদিন তিনি তাদের সকলকে একত্র করবেন, এবং ফেরেশতাদের বলবেন, ৩৮৫০, ” এই লোকেরা কি তোমাদের এবাদত করতো ? ”
৩৮৫০। মানুষের স্বাভাবিক প্রবণতা হচ্ছে এক আল্লাহ্র পরিবর্তে অন্যান্য জিনিষের এবাদত করা যেমন আল্লাহ্র শক্তির প্রতিভূরূপে ফেরেশতারা বা মহৎ ব্যক্তি, বা পীর পূঁজা , মাজার পূঁজা প্রভৃতি করে থাকে। প্রকৃত পক্ষে এগুলি সবই হচ্ছে মিথ্যা ,উপাস্যের উপাসনা করা। যারা তা করে তারা প্রকৃত কল্যাণ অপেক্ষা পাপের পঙ্কে নিমজ্জিত হয়। এরা বিপথগামী।
