তোমরা যদি কল্যাণ কর প্রকাশ্যভাবে কিংবা গোপনে অথবা যদি তোমরা আপরাধ ক্ষমা করে দাও, তবে জেনো, আল্লাহ নিজেও ক্ষমাকারী, মহাশক্তিশালী।
Whether you (mankind) disclose (by good words of thanks) a good deed (done to you in the form of a favour by someone), or conceal it, or pardon an evil, … verily, Allâh is Ever OftPardoning, AllPowerful.
إِن تُبْدُواْ خَيْرًا أَوْ تُخْفُوهُ أَوْ تَعْفُواْ عَن سُوَءٍ فَإِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَفُوًّا قَدِيرًا
In tubdoo khayran aw tukhfoohu aw taAAfoo AAan soo-in fa-inna Allaha kana AAafuwwan qadeeran
YUSUFALI: Whether ye publish a good deed or conceal it or cover evil with pardon, verily Allah doth blot out (sins) and hath power (in the judgment of values).
PICKTHAL: If ye do good openly or keep it secret, or forgive evil, lo! Allah is ever Forgiving, Powerful.
SHAKIR: If you do good openly or do it in secret or pardon an evil then surely Allah is Pardoning, Powerful.
KHALIFA: If you work righteousness – either declared or concealed – or pardon a transgression, GOD is Pardoner, Omnipotent.
