যারা পূর্বে অতীত হয়ে গেছে, তাদের ব্যাপারে এটাই ছিল আল্লাহর রীতি। আপনি আল্লাহর রীতিতে কখনও পরিবর্তন পাবেন না।
That was the Way of Allâh in the case of those who passed away of old, and you will not find any change in the Way of Allâh.
سُنَّةَ اللَّهِ فِي الَّذِينَ خَلَوْا مِن قَبْلُ وَلَن تَجِدَ لِسُنَّةِ اللَّهِ تَبْدِيلًا
Sunnata Allahi fee allatheena khalaw min qablu walan tajida lisunnati Allahi tabdeelan
YUSUFALI: (Such was) the practice (approved) of Allah among those who lived aforetime: No change wilt thou find in the practice (approved) of Allah.
PICKTHAL: That was the way of Allah in the case of those who passed away of old; thou wilt not find for the way of Allah aught of power to change.
SHAKIR: (Such has been) the course of Allah with respect to those who have gone before; and you shall not find any change in the course of Allah.
KHALIFA: This is GOD’s eternal system, and you will find that GOD’s system is unchangeable.
৬২। পূর্বে যারা গত হয়েছে , তাদের মধ্যে ইহাই ছিলো আল্লাহ্র [অনুমোদিত ]নিয়ম। আল্লাহ্র [ অনুমোদিত ] নিয়মে তুমি কখনও কোন পরিবর্তন পাবে না ৩৭৭০।
৩৭৭০। ইহুদীদের এ ব্যাপারে আইন আরও কঠোর। দেখুন [ ৩৩ : ২৬ ] আয়াত ও টিকা ৩৭০৩ এবং ৩৭০৪। ইসলামে এই শাস্তিকে লঘু করা হয়। যারা ইচ্ছাকৃত ভাবে গোপনে বা প্রকাশ্যে সমাজের শৃঙ্খলা ও শান্তিকে ধ্বংস করতে চায়; সমাজের প্রচলিত আইনকে অস্বীকার করে, বিশ্বাসঘাতকতা করে সামাজিক নিরাপত্তার প্রতি , তাদের দমন করা এবং শাস্তি দান করা পৃথিবীর যে কোনও সভ্য সমাজের রীতি। কারণ এ ব্যতীত সুসভ্য নাগরিক ও সামাজিক জীবন কল্পনাও করা যায় না। নাগরিক ও সামাজিক জীবনের সুখ ও সমৃদ্ধির জন্যই তা প্রয়োজন। অপরাধী ও অন্যায়কারী , যারা সমাজের শান্তি শৃঙ্খলার বিরোধী তাদের কঠোর শাস্তি দান ব্যতীত দমন করা সম্ভব নয়।
