কাফেররা যেন আপনাকে আল্লাহর আয়াত থেকে বিমুখ না করে সেগুলো আপনার প্রতি অবর্তীর্ণ হওয়ার পর আপনি আপনার পালনকর্তার প্রতি দাওয়াত দিন এবং কিছুতেই মুশরিকদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হবেন না।
And let them not turn you (O Muhammad SAW) away from (preaching) the Ayât (revelations and verses) of Allâh after they have been sent down to you, and invite (men) to (believe in) your Lord [i.e: in the Oneness (Tauhîd) of Allâh (1) Oneness of the Lordship of Allâh; (2) Oneness of the worship of Allâh; (3) Oneness of the Names and Qualities of Allâh], and be not of Al-Mushrikûn (those who associate partners with Allâh, e.g. polytheists, pagans, idolaters, those who disbelieve in the Oneness of Allâh and deny the Prophethood of Messenger Muhammad SAW).
وَلَا يَصُدُّنَّكَ عَنْ آيَاتِ اللَّهِ بَعْدَ إِذْ أُنزِلَتْ إِلَيْكَ وَادْعُ إِلَى رَبِّكَ وَلَا تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ
Wala yasuddunnaka AAan ayati Allahi baAAda ith onzilat ilayka waodAAu ila rabbika wala takoonanna mina almushrikeena
YUSUFALI: And let nothing keep thee back from the Signs of Allah after they have been revealed to thee: and invite (men) to thy Lord, and be not of the company of those who join gods with Allah.
PICKTHAL: And let them not divert thee from the revelations of Allah after they have been sent down unto thee; but call (mankind) unto thy Lord, and be not of those who ascribe partners (unto Him).
SHAKIR: And let them not turn you aside from the communications of Allah after they have been revealed to you, and call (men) to your Lord and be not of the polytheists.
KHALIFA: Nor shall you be diverted from GOD’s revelations, after they have come to you, and invite the others to your Lord. And do not ever fall into idol worship.
৮৭। তোমার নিকট আল্লাহ্র আয়াতসমূহ অবতীর্ণ হওয়ার পর কোন কিছুই যেনো তোমাকে তা থেকে ফিরিয়ে নিতে না পারে। [ মানব সম্প্রদায়কে ] তোমার প্রভুর দিকে আহ্বান কর, এবং তাদের সঙ্গী হয়ো না যারা আল্লাহ্র সাথে অন্য উপাস্য ধারণ করে ৩৪২০।
৩৪২০। এই আয়াতটিতে রাসুলকে [সা ] সম্বোধন করা হলেও এর আবেদন সার্বজনীন। আল্লাহ্র সৈনিকরা হবে নির্ভিক অন্যায় , অসত্য ও পাপের বিরুদ্ধে। একবার স্বর্গীয় আলোতে [আল্লাহ্র প্রত্যাদেশ সমূহ ] যে অবগাহন করেছে সে কখনও এক ইঞ্চি পরিমাণও অসত্য ও অন্যায়কে মেনে নেবে না। এই হচ্ছে সত্যের সৈনিকদের উপরে আল্লাহ্র হুকুম। তিনি সকলকে আল্লাহ্র পথে আহ্বান করবেন। কোনও অবস্থাতেই মুশরিকদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হবেন না।
