নভোমন্ডল, ভূ-মন্ডল ও এতদুভয়ের মধ্যবর্তী সবকিছু আমি যথাযথভাবেই এবং নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের জন্যেই সৃষ্টি করেছি। আর কাফেররা যে বিষয়ে তাদেরকে সতর্ক করা হয়েছে, তা থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয়।
We created not the heavens and the earth and all that is between them except with truth, and for an appointed term. But those who disbelieve turn away from that whereof they are warned.
مَا خَلَقْنَا السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَأَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا عَمَّا أُنذِرُوا مُعْرِضُونَ
Ma khalaqna alssamawati waal-arda wama baynahuma illa bialhaqqi waajalin musamman waallatheena kafaroo AAamma onthiroo muAAridoona
YUSUFALI: We created not the heavens and the earth and all between them but for just ends, and for a Term Appointed: But those who reject Faith turn away from that whereof they are warned.
PICKTHAL: We created not the heavens and the earth and all that is between them save with truth, and for a term appointed. But those who disbelieve turn away from that whereof they are warned.
SHAKIR: We did not create the heavens and the earth and what is between them two save with truth and (for) an appointed term; and those who disbelieve turn aside from what they are warned of.
KHALIFA: We did not create the heavens and the earth, and everything between them except for a specific purpose, and for a finite interim. Those who disbelieve are totally oblivious to the warnings given to them.
০৩। আকাশমন্ডলী ও পৃথিবী এবং উহাদের মধ্যবর্তী সমস্ত কিছুই আমি নির্দ্দিষ্ট লক্ষ্যে এবং নির্দ্দিষ্ট কালের জন্য সৃষ্টি করেছি ৪৭৭৬। কিন্তু যারা কাফের তারা, তাদের যে বিষয়ে সর্তক করা হয়েছে, তা থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয়।
৪৭৭৬। দেখুন [ ৪৫ : ২২ ] আয়াত। মানুষের সীমাবদ্ধ জ্ঞানে সৃষ্টির বহু জিনিষকে মনে হয় অপ্রয়োজনীয়,অদ্ভুদ ও ব্যাখ্যার অতীত। কিন্তু এই বিশাল বিশ্ব ভূবনের প্রতিটি জিনিষই স্রষ্টা এক নির্দ্দিষ্ট উদ্দেশ্যের প্রতি নিবেদিত করে সৃষ্টি করেছেন। আমরা আমাদের সীমাবদ্ধ জ্ঞানে তা উপলব্ধি করতে পারি বা না পারি কিন্তু স্রষ্টার নির্দ্দিষ্ট উদ্দেশ্য পরিপূর্ণতা লাভ করবেই। কারণ স্রষ্টার প্রতিটি সৃষ্টিই ‘যথাযথ’ এবং তা এক নির্দ্দিষ্ট কালের মেয়াদে সৃষ্টি করা হয়েছে। এই আয়াতে এই কথাই বলা হয়েছে যে, পৃথিবীর কিছুই চিরস্থায়ী নয়। প্রতিটি জিনিষকেই এক নির্দ্দিষ্ট উদ্দেশ্যে এবং নির্দ্দিষ্ট কালের জন্য সৃষ্টি করা হয়েছে। নির্দ্দিষ্ট সময় অন্তে প্রতিটি জিনিষ ধ্বংস হয়ে যাবে। পৃথিবীর নাট্যমঞ্চে জাতির উত্থান পতনও সেরূপ। নির্দ্দিষ্ট সময় অন্তে প্রত্যেকে প্রত্যেকের ভূমিকা শেষ করে চলে যায়। কোনও কিছুই এই পৃথিবীতে স্থায়ী নয়। চিরস্থায়ী শুধুমাত্র আল্লাহ্র বাণী। জীবনের এই সত্যকে কাফেররা উপলব্ধি করতে অক্ষম হয়। ফলে তারা তাদের প্রতি প্রেরিত সর্তকবাণীকে উপেক্ষা করে।
