আমি কোরআনকে আপনার ভাষায় সহজ করে দিয়েছি, যাতে আপনি এর দ্বারা পরহেযগারদেরকে সুসংবাদ দেন এবং কলহকারী সম্প্রদায়কে সতর্ক করেন।
So We have made this (the Qur’ân) easy in your own tongue (O Muhammad SAW), only that you may give glad tidings to the Muttaqûn (pious and righteous persons – See V.2:2), and warn with it the Ludda (most quarrelsome) people.
فَإِنَّمَا يَسَّرْنَاهُ بِلِسَانِكَ لِتُبَشِّرَ بِهِ الْمُتَّقِينَ وَتُنذِرَ بِهِ قَوْمًا لُّدًّا
Fa-innama yassarnahu bilisanika litubashshira bihi almuttaqeena watunthira bihi qawman luddan
YUSUFALI: So have We made the (Qur’an) easy in thine own tongue, that with it thou mayest give Glad Tidings to the righteous, and warnings to people given to contention.
PICKTHAL: And We make (this Scripture) easy in thy tongue, (O Muhammad) only that thou mayst bear good tidings therewith unto those who ward off (evil), and warn therewith the froward folk.
SHAKIR: So We have only made it easy in your tongue that you may give good news thereby to those who guard (against evil) and warn thereby a vehemently contentious people.
KHALIFA: We thus made this (Quran) elucidated in your tongue, in order to deliver good news to the righteous, and to warn with it the opponents.
৯৭। আমি তো তোমার ভাষায় [ কুর-আনকে ] সহজ করেছি যেনো এর সাহায্যে তুমি পূণ্যাত্মাদের সুসংবাদ দিতে পার এবং যারা বির্তক প্রিয় তাদের সর্তক করতে পার।
৯৮। তাদের পূর্বে কত [ অসংখ্য ] মানব গোষ্ঠিকে আমি বিনাশ করেছি ২৫৩৩। [ বর্তমানে ] তুমি তাদের একজনকেও দেখতে পাবে না অথবা [ এমনকি ] তাদের ফিসফিসানি কথাও শুনবে না।
২৫৩৩। আয়াত [ ১৯ : ৭৪ ] থেকে ধারাবাহিকভাবে যা বর্ণনা করা হয়েছে, এই আয়াতে তারই স্মৃতিচারণ করা হয়েছে। পাপের পথে অগ্রযাত্রা , ভালোদের জন্য আল্লাহ্র পথ নির্দ্দেশ , আল্লাহ্র নিন্দার ভয়াবহ পরিণাম , পাপীদের জন্য অব্যহতি দান এবং শেষ পরিণতি হিসেবে যখন ব্যক্তিগত কাজের দায় দায়িত্ব নিয়ে স্রষ্টার সামনে ন্যায় বিচারের জন্য উপণীত হতে হবে। এ সকল ভাবকেই এই আয়াতের মাধ্যমে প্রকাশ করে সূরাটিকে শেষ করা হয়েছে।
