শয়তান সম্পর্কে লিখে দেয়া হয়েছে যে, যে কেউ তার সাথী হবে, সে তাকে বিভ্রান্ত করবে এবং দোযখের আযাবের দিকে পরিচালিত করবে।
For him (the devil) it is decreed that whosoever follows him, he will mislead him, and will drive him to the torment of the Fire. [Tafsir At-Tabarî]
كُتِبَ عَلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ مَن تَوَلَّاهُ فَأَنَّهُ يُضِلُّهُ وَيَهْدِيهِ إِلَى عَذَابِ السَّعِيرِ
Kutiba AAalayhi annahu man tawallahu faannahu yudilluhu wayahdeehi ila AAathabi alssaAAeeri
YUSUFALI: About the (Evil One) it is decreed that whoever turns to him for friendship, him will he lead astray, and he will guide him to the Penalty of the Fire.
PICKTHAL: For him it is decreed that whoso taketh him for friend, he verily will mislead him and will guide him to the punishment of the Flame.
SHAKIR: Against him it is written down that whoever takes him for a friend, he shall lead him astray and conduct him to the chastisement of the burning fire.
KHALIFA: It is decreed that anyone who allies himself with him, he will mislead him and guide him to the agony of Hell.
০৩। তথাপি মানুষের মধ্যে কিছু মানুষ আছে যারা না জেনেই আল্লাহ্র সম্বন্ধে তর্ক করে এবং [ তারা ] অবাধ্য ও বিদ্রোহী শয়তানের অনুসরণ করে।
০৪। তাদের সম্বন্ধে এই আইন করা হয়েছে যে, যারাই [ মন্দদের সাথে ] বন্ধুত্ব কামনা করবে, তাকেই সে পথভ্রষ্ট করবে। এবং তাকে পরিচালিত করবে প্রজ্বলিত আগুনের শাস্তির দিকে ২৭৭২।
২৭৭২। এত সাবধান বাণী সত্ত্বেও মানুষের মধ্যে এমন নির্বোধ আছে যারা আল্লাহ্র বিরোধিতা করে, সেই আল্লাহ্ , যিনি তাদের সৃষ্টি করেছেন, এবং দয়া , করুণা ও ভালোবাসার সাথে তাদের প্রতিপালন করেন। এ সব লোক আল্লাহ্র আইন অমান্যকারী এবং অপরাধী – কারণ তারা শয়তানের বন্ধুত্বের প্রয়াসী। আর আল্লাহ্ এখানে বলছেন যে, তিনি তাঁর অমোঘ নিয়ম চালু করেছেন যে যারা শয়তানের বন্ধুত্ব কামনা করবে শয়তান তাদের দোযখের পথে পরিচালিত করবেই।
