অতঃপর আমি তাদেরকে করে দিলাম অতীত লোক ও দৃষ্টান্ত পরবর্তীদের জন্যে।
And We made them a precedent (as a lesson for those coming after them), and an example to later generations.
فَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ سَلَفًا وَمَثَلًا لِلْآخِرِينَ
FajaAAalnahum salafan wamathalan lil-akhireena
YUSUFALI: And We made them (a people) of the Past and an Example to later ages.
PICKTHAL: And We made them a thing past, and an example for those after (them).
SHAKIR: And We made them a precedent and example to the later generations.
KHALIFA: We rendered them a precedent and an example for the others.
৫৬। এবং পরবর্তীদের জন্য আমি তাদের করে রাখলাম অতীত কালের দৃষ্টান্ত ৪৬৫৮।
৪৬৫৮। আল্লাহ্র শাস্তিস্বরূপ ফেরাউন ও তাঁর দলবল পৃথিবী থেকে নিশ্চিহ্ন হয়ে যায় এবং অতীতের দৃষ্টান্ত রূপে পৃথিবীর ইতিহাসে থেকে যায় যেনো , ভবিষ্যতের মানুষ তা থেকে শিক্ষা গ্রহণ করতে পারে।
