সেদিন আমি আকাশকে গুটিয়ে নেব, যেমন গুটানো হয় লিখিত কাগজপত্র। যেভাবে আমি প্রথমবার সৃষ্টি করেছিলাম, সেভাবে পুনরায় সৃষ্টি করব। আমার ওয়াদা নিশ্চিত, আমাকে তা পূর্ণ করতেই হবে।
And (remember) the Day when We shall roll up the heavens like a scroll rolled up for books, as We began the first creation, We shall repeat it, (it is) a promise binding upon Us. Truly, We shall do it.
يَوْمَ نَطْوِي السَّمَاء كَطَيِّ السِّجِلِّ لِلْكُتُبِ كَمَا بَدَأْنَا أَوَّلَ خَلْقٍ نُّعِيدُهُ وَعْدًا عَلَيْنَا إِنَّا كُنَّا فَاعِلِينَ
Yawma natwee alssamaa katayyi alssijlli lilkutubi kama bada/na awwala khalqin nuAAeeduhu waAAdan AAalayna inna kunna faAAileena
YUSUFALI: The Day that We roll up the heavens like a scroll rolled up for books (completed),- even as We produced the first creation, so shall We produce a new one: a promise We have undertaken: truly shall We fulfil it.
PICKTHAL: The Day when We shall roll up the heavens as a recorder rolleth up a written scroll. As We began the first creation, We shall repeat it. (It is) a promise (binding) upon Us. Lo! We are to perform it.
SHAKIR: On the day when We will roll up heaven like the rolling up of the scroll for writings, as We originated the first creation, (so) We shall reproduce it; a promise (binding on Us); surely We will bring it about.
KHALIFA: On that day, we will fold the heaven, like the folding of a book. Just as we initiated the first creation, we will repeat it. This is our promise; we will certainly carry it out.
১০৪। সেদিন আকাশমন্ডলীকে আমি গুটানো কাগজের ন্যায় পেঁচিয়ে গুটিয়ে ফেলবো। যে ভাবে আমি প্রথম সৃষ্টির সূচনা করেছিলাম , সেভাবেই আমি নূতন সৃষ্টি করবো ২৭৫৮। যে প্রতিশ্রুতির দায়িত্ব আমি নিয়েছি, আমি তা অবশ্যই পালন করবো।
২৭৫৮। প্রাচীন কালে দলীল দস্তাবীজ, ফরমান ইত্যাদি গুটিয়ে রাখা হতো। এই গুটানোকে উপমা হিসেবে ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে। এই সেই দিন যেদিন সারা বিশ্ব ব্রহ্মান্ডের সকল কাজকে শেষ করে গুটিয়ে ফেলা হবে। এখানে আকাশমন্ডলী দ্বারা পৃথিবী এবং সারা বিশ্ব জাহান অর্থাৎ নভোমন্ডল, গ্যালাক্সী ইত্যাদি সকলকে বোঝানো হয়েছে। আল্লাহ্ যদি শূন্য থেকে পৃথিবী সৃষ্টির ক্ষমতা রাখেন [Big Bang Theory ] , তবে তাঁর পক্ষে নূতন পৃথিবী সৃষ্টিও সম্ভব। এ হবে সম্পূর্ণ নূতন পৃথিবী , হয়তো বা তা হবে নূতন মাত্রা বিশিষ্ট [ Another Plane ] , যার সম্বন্ধে বর্তমান মানুষের ধারণা করাও সম্ভব নয়। এই হচ্ছে বিশ্ববিধাতার পরিকল্পনা, এই তাঁর প্রতিজ্ঞা। নূতন মাত্রার পৃথিবীর জন্য দেখুন [ ১৪ : ৪৮ ] , [ ৫৬ : ৬১ ] আয়াত।
