And has made the moon a light therein, and made the sun a lamp?
وَجَعَلَ الْقَمَرَ فِيهِنَّ نُورًا وَجَعَلَ الشَّمْسَ سِرَاجًا
WajaAAala alqamara feehinna nooran wajaAAala alshshamsa sirajan
YUSUFALI: “‘And made the moon a light in their midst, and made the sun as a (Glorious) Lamp?
PICKTHAL: And hath made the moon a light therein, and made the sun a lamp?
SHAKIR: And made the moon therein a light, and made the sun a lamp?
KHALIFA: He designed the moon therein to be a light, and placed the sun to be a lamp.
১৬। ” এবং তার মাঝখানে চন্দ্রকে স্থাপন করেছেন আলোরূপে, এবং সূর্যকে স্থাপন করেছেন [ উজ্জ্বল ] প্রদীপরূপে ; ৫৭১৬
৫৭১৬। দেখুন [ ২৫ : ৬১ ] আয়াত যেখানে সূর্যকে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে আকাশের প্রদীপরূপে। বলা হয়েছে, “কত মহান তিনি যিনি নভোমন্ডলে সৃষ্টি করেছেন, রাশিচক্র এবং উহাতে স্থাপন করেছেন প্রদীপ ও জ্যোর্তিময় চন্দ্র।”
