নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের রাজত্ব তাঁরই। তিনি জীবন দান করেন ও মৃত্যু ঘটান। তিনি সবকিছু করতে সক্ষম।
His is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, It is He Who gives life and causes death; and He is Able to do all things.
لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Lahu mulku alssamawati waal-ardi yuhyee wayumeetu wahuwa AAala kulli shay-in qadeerun
YUSUFALI: To Him belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth: It is He Who gives Life and Death; and He has Power over all things.
PICKTHAL: His is the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth; He quickeneth and He giveth death; and He is Able to do all things.
SHAKIR: His is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth; He gives life and causes death; and He has power over all things.
KHALIFA: To Him belongs the kingship of the heavens and the earth. He controls life and death. He is Omnipotent.
২। আকাশ মন্ডলী ও পৃথিবীর রাজত্ব তাঁরই অধীনে। তিনিই জীবন দান করেন ও মৃত্যু ঘটান। সকল কিছুর উপরে তিনি ক্ষমতাশালী।
৩। তিনিই আদি এবং তিনিই অন্ত। তিনি প্রকাশ্য এবং তিনিই গুপ্ত ৫২৭৬। সকল কিছুর পূর্ণ জ্ঞান তিনি রাখেন।
৫২৭৬। ‘Batin’ – এই শব্দটির ভাবধারা হচ্ছে “গুপ্ত ” অর্থাৎ যা কিছু প্রকাশ্য তার বিপরীত। আল্লাহ্র নিদর্শন সর্বত্র বিদ্যমান। আমাদের সর্ব অবয়ব ভিতর ও বাহিরে সর্বত্র তাঁর নিদর্শন বিদ্যমান। সকল ভালো জিনিষের অভ্যন্তরে তাঁরই স্বাক্ষর নিহিত। এই আয়াতে আল্লাহ্র গুণাবলীকে জোড়ায় জোড়ায় প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে। “প্রথম এবং শেষ ” “ব্যক্ত এবং অব্যক্ত” ; ” ক্ষমতা এবং জ্ঞান” ; জীবন ও মৃত্যুর মালিক”; ইত্যাদি শব্দগুলি আল্লাহ্র গুণাবলী প্রকাশের জন্য জোড়ায় জোড়ায় ব্যবহার দ্বারা মানুষের জীবনের ক্ষুদ্রতা, নশ্বরতাকে তুলে ধরা হয়েছে। এ ভাবেই প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে যে “জীবন বিমুখতা ও নম্রতা বা বিনয় ” অমিতব্যয়িতা ও দান এক নয়।
