বলুন, তোমরা যে মৃত্যু থেকে পলায়নপর, সেই মৃত্যু অবশ্যই তোমাদের মুখামুখি হবে, অতঃপর তোমরা অদৃশ্য, দৃশ্যের জ্ঞানী আল্লাহর কাছে উপস্থিত হবে। তিনি তোমাদেরকে জানিয়ে দিবেন সেসব কর্ম, যা তোমরা করতে।
Say (to them): ”Verily, the death from which you flee will surely meet you, then you will be sent back to (Allâh), the All-Knower of the unseen and the seen, and He will tell you what you used to do.”
قُلْ إِنَّ الْمَوْتَ الَّذِي تَفِرُّونَ مِنْهُ فَإِنَّهُ مُلَاقِيكُمْ ثُمَّ تُرَدُّونَ إِلَى عَالِمِ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
Qul inna almawta allathee tafirroona minhu fa-innahu mulaqeekum thumma turaddoona ila AAalimi alghaybi waalshshahadati fayunabbi-okum bima kuntum taAAmaloona
YUSUFALI: Say: “The Death from which ye flee will truly overtake you: then will ye be sent back to the Knower of things secret and open: and He will tell you (the truth of) the things that ye did!”
PICKTHAL: Say (unto them, O Muhammad): Lo! the death from which ye shrink will surely meet you, and afterward ye will be returned unto the Knower of the Invisible and the Visible, and He will tell you what ye used to do.
SHAKIR: Say: (As for) the death from which you flee, that will surely overtake you, then you shall be sent back to the Knower of the unseen and the seen, and He will inform you of that which you did.
KHALIFA: Say, “The death that you are trying to evade will catch up with you sooner or later. Then you will be returned to the Knower of all secrets and declarations, then He will inform you of everything you had done.”
৭। কিন্তু তারা কখনও [মৃত্যু ] কামনা করবে না, কারণ তাদের হাত যে [ কাজ ] তাদের পূর্বে প্রেরণ করেছে [ তার জন্য ]। যারা পাপ করে আল্লাহ্ তাদের সম্বন্ধে ভালোভাবে অবগত আছেন।
৮। বল : ” যে মৃত্যু থেকে তোমরা পলায়ন কর, সেই মৃত্যু তোমাদের অবশ্যই ধরবে। অতঃপর তোমাদের ফেরত পাঠানো হবে গোপন ও প্রকাশ্যের পরিজ্ঞাতা আল্লাহ্র নিকট। এবং [ পৃথিবীতে ] তোমরা যা করতে তার [ সত্যতা ] সম্বন্ধে তোমাদের জানিয়ে দেয়া হবে। ৫৪৬০
৫৪৬০। পরলোকের জীবনে আমাদের ভুলে যাওয়া জীবনের সকল কর্ম টেলিভিশনের ছবির ন্যায় আমাদের দৃষ্টিপথে ভাস্বর হবে। আমরা দেখতে চাই বা না চাই আমাদের ‘হস্ত যা অগ্রে প্রেরণ করেছে” – আমাদের সে সকল কৃতকর্ম আমাদের জানিয়ে দেয়া হবে। আমাদের চোখের সম্মুখ থেকে বিভ্রান্তির মায়াজাল ছিন্ন হয়ে যাবে। প্রকৃত সত্যকে করা হবে ভাস্বর। আমাদের প্রতিটি কর্মের উদ্দেশ্য বা নিয়ত, গোপনীয়তা সব কিছু সেদিন হবে সর্ব সমক্ষে প্রকাশিত। আমাদের মনের গহনের ছোট ছোট পাপ যা পৃথিবীতে প্রকাশ লাভ করে নাই সেদিন আল্লাহ্ আমাদের দেখাবেন তার পরিণতি। দেখাবেন পাপ কি ভাবে ধীরে ধীরে আধ্যাত্মিক জগতের উজ্জ্বলতাকে মলিন করে দেয় যার প্রভাব ইহকালকে অতিক্রম করে পরলোকের অনন্ত জীবন পর্যন্ত প্রসারিত হয়। মানুষের নিজস্ব কাল্পনিক ধ্যান ধারণা সেদিন অন্তর্হিত হবে মরিচিকার ন্যায়।
