এবং তাদের পূর্বে নূহের সম্প্রদায়কে, তারা ছিল আরও জালেম ও অবাধ্য।
And the people of Nûh (Noah) aforetime, verily, they were more unjust and more rebellious and transgressing [in disobeying Allâh and His Messenger Nûh (Noah) ].
وَقَوْمَ نُوحٍ مِّن قَبْلُ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا هُمْ أَظْلَمَ وَأَطْغَى
Waqawma noohin min qablu innahum kanoo hum athlama waatgha
YUSUFALI: And before them, the people of Noah, for that they were (all) most unjust and most insolent transgressors,
PICKTHAL: And the folk of Noah aforetime, Lo! they were more unjust and more rebellious;
SHAKIR: And the people of Nuh before; surely they were most unjust and inordinate;
KHALIFA: Also the people of Noah before that; they were evil transgressors.
৫১। এবং সামুদ সম্প্রদায়কে; তাদেরকে চিরস্থায়ী জীবনের ইজারা দেন নাই।
৫২। এবং তাদের পূর্বে নূহের সম্প্রদায়কে [ ধবংস করেন ] কেননা তারা [ সকলে ] ছিলো ভয়ঙ্কর অন্যায়কারী ও প্রচন্ড উদ্ধত সীমালংঘনকারী ;
৫৩। এবং তিনি [ সদম ও গোমরাহ্ ] নগরীকে ধ্বংস ও উৎপাটিত করেছিলেন ; ৫১২১
৫৪। সুতারাং [অজানা ধ্বংস স্তুপ ] তাদের আচ্ছাদিত করেছিলো।
৫১২১। আয়াত ৫৩ – ৬০ পর্যন্ত উপদেশ বাণী সমূহের উদাহরণ হিসেবে ব্যাখ্যা করা যায়। হযরত লূত (আ) এর সম্প্রদায়ের জনপদ সদম ও গোমরাহ্ কে উল্টিয়ে দেয়া হয়েছিলো। লূত কে তাঁর সম্প্রদায়ের নিকট সর্তককারী হিসেবে প্রেরণ করা হয়েছিলো। দেখুন সূরা [ ১১ : ৭৪ – ৮০ ] আয়াত সমূহ এবং টিকা সমূহ।
