নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের সবাই তাঁর কাছে প্রার্থী। তিনি সর্বদাই কোন না কোন কাজে রত আছেন।
Whosoever is in the heavens and on earth begs of Him (its needs from Him). Every day He has a matter to bring forth (such as giving honour to some, disgrace to some, life to some, death to some, etc.)!
يَسْأَلُهُ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِي شَأْنٍ
Yas-aluhu man fee alssamawati waal-ardi kulla yawmin huwa fee sha/nin
YUSUFALI: Of Him seeks (its need) every creature in the heavens and on earth: every day in (new) Splendour doth He (shine)!
PICKTHAL: All that are in the heavens and the earth entreat Him. Every day He exerciseth (universal) power.
SHAKIR: All those who are in the heavens and the earth ask of Him; every moment He is in a state (of glory).
KHALIFA: Imploring Him is everyone in the heavens and the earth. Every day He is in full control.
২৮। সুতারাং তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের প্রভুর কোন অনুগ্রহ অস্বীকার করবে ?
২৯। আকাশমন্ডলী ও পৃথিবীতে প্রতিটি প্রাণীই তার কৃপা প্রার্থী ৫১৯১ ; প্রতিটি দিন তিনি [ নূতন] দীপ্তিতে উজ্জ্বল ৫১৯২।
৫১৯১। আকাশে যা কিছু আছে এবং পৃথিবীর সকল সৃষ্ট পদার্থ, জড় এবং জীব, সকলেই আল্লাহ্র সাহায্যপ্রার্থী। তিনি সকল কিছুর প্রতিপালক।
৫১৯২। ‘Shun’- জাঁকজমক, ঔজ্জ্বল্যের দীপ্তি, লক্ষ্য এবং উদ্দেশ্য, কাজ,পেশা, বৃত্তি ইত্যাদি। বিশাল বিশ্ব ব্রহ্মান্ডের সকল কিছুর নিয়ন্ত্রণ আল্লাহ্র হাতে। তিনি নিষ্ক্রিয় থাকেন না বা মানুষ বা তাঁর সৃষ্ট সম্বন্ধে তিনি উদাসীন নন। তাঁর সৃষ্টি কর্ম আকাশে বাতাসে প্রতিদিন, প্রতিক্ষণ প্রতিপলে নিত্য নূতনভাবে ভাস্বর হয়ে ওঠে।
