নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলে যা কিছু আছে, সবই আল্লাহর, যাতে তিনি মন্দকর্মীদেরকে তাদের কর্মের প্রতিফল দেন এবং সৎকর্মীদেরকে দেন ভাল ফল।
And to Allâh belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth, that He may requite those who do evil with that which they have done (i.e. punish them in Hell), and reward those who do good, with what is best (i.e. Paradise).
وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ لِيَجْزِيَ الَّذِينَ أَسَاؤُوا بِمَا عَمِلُوا وَيَجْزِيَ الَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُوا بِالْحُسْنَى
Walillahi ma fee alssamawati wama fee al-ardi liyajziya allatheena asaoo bima AAamiloo wayajziya allatheena ahsanoo bialhusna
YUSUFALI: Yea, to Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and on earth: so that He rewards those who do evil, according to their deeds, and He rewards those who do good, with what is best.
PICKTHAL: And unto Allah belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth, that He may reward those who do evil with that which they have done, and reward those who do good with goodness.
SHAKIR: And Allah’s is what is in the heavens and what is in the earth, that He may reward those who do evil according to what they do, and (that) He may reward those who do good with goodness.
KHALIFA: To GOD belongs everything in the heavens and everything on earth. He will requite those who commit evil for their works, and will reward the righteous for their righteousness.
৩১। আকাশমন্ডলী ও পৃথিবীতে যা কিছু আছে সবই আল্লাহ্র অধিকারে ; ফলে যারা মন্দ কাজ করে তিনি তাদের কাজ অনুযায়ী প্রতিফল দিতে পারেন ৫১০৫ ; এবং যারা ভালো কাজ করে তাদের দিতে পারেন উত্তম পুরষ্কার।
৫১০৫। পদার্থ বিজ্ঞানে বৈজ্ঞানিক নিউটনের সুত্র হচ্ছে “Every action there is an equal and opposite reaction” এই সুত্রটি শুধুমাত্র যে পদার্থের জন্য প্রযোজ্য তাই নয়, মানুষের জীবনেও তা সমভাবে প্রযোজ্য। ভালো ও মন্দ প্রতিটি ঘটনার ফলাফল সমভাবে বিদ্যমান এ কথা সত্য, কিন্তু দয়াময় আল্লাহ্ মানুষকে এই আইনের আওতায় সম্পূর্ণরূপে ছেড়ে দিয়ে নিষ্ক্রিয় থাকেন না। আল্লাহ্র আইনের অধীনে সারা বিশ্ব ভূবন। ন্যায়বিচারক ও করুণাময় তাঁর উপাধি। মানুষের সকল কথা, কাজ, কাজের নিয়ত, মনের একান্তের চিন্তা ভাবনা কোনও কিছুই বৃথা যায় না। সবই সব কিছুর ফলাফল বহন করে। যে মন্দ কাজ করে, মন্দ কথা বলে, মন্দ চিন্তা করে তার ফলাফল তাকে বহন করতে হয়। কিন্তু মানুষের জন্য অনুতাপের মাধ্যমে আত্মসংশোধনের দ্বারা আল্লাহ্র ক্ষমা লাভের ও মন্দের ফলাফল থেকে অব্যহতি লাভের সুযোগ আছে। অনুতাপ ও আত্মসংশোধন সকল পাপকে দূর করে দেয়; আল্লাহ্ তাদের পুরষ্কৃত করেন যা তাদের প্রাপ্য পুরষ্কারের থেকে বহুগুণ হয়।
