ইষ্টান্ভোগান্হি বো দেবা দাস্যন্তে য়জ্ঞভাবিতাঃ ।
তৈর্দত্তানপ্রদায়ৈভ্যো য়ো ভুঙ্ক্তে স্তেন এব সঃ ॥ ৩-১২॥
ইষ্টান্ = desired
ভোগান্ = necessities of life
হি = certainly
বঃ = unto you
দেবাঃ = the demigods
দাস্যন্তে = will award
য়জ্ঞভাবিতাঃ = being satisfied by the performance of sacrifices
তৈঃ = by them
দত্তান্ = things given
অপ্রদায় = without offering
এভ্যঃ = to these demigods
য়ঃ = he who
ভুঙ্ক্তে = enjoys
স্তেনঃ = thief
এব = certainly
