Aloo Chat (Potato)

INGREDIENTS:(For 4)

1. Potato(3 big ones or 5 small ones)
2. Cucumber 1
3. Onion 1/2
4. Tomato 1
5. Peanuts (a handful)
6. \’Jhuribhaja\’ (optional)
7. Tamarind pulp (1 teaspoon)
8. Black Salt  (according to taste)
9. Chat Masala or \’Bhaja moshla r guNro\’
10. Green chillies 4
11. Cilantro

Method:

1. Boil the potatoes, let it cool and then cut it into small pieces.
2. Put it aside.
3. Chop the cucumber, onion, green chillies, tomato into very small pieces.
4. Take a tsp of tamarind pulp in a cup and add some water with it, add the black salt and stir till it is complete dissolved.
5. Add this to the mixture of cucumber, onions tomatoes and chillies. 
6. Add the potatoes now and sprinkle the Masala.
7. Mix it lightly with the peanuts. 
8. Garnish with cilantro and \’Jhuribhaja\’.
