A tasty Snack – Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients :

  1. Bread – 4 slices (Serves two)
  2. Onion – 1/2
  3. Ginger – 0.5 inch piece
  4. Green Chili – 2
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. Eggs – 2
  7. Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut onion, ginger, chillies, coriander leaves into very small pieces.
  2. Soak the bread slices in water to make it soft.
  3. Squeeze excess water from bread if you have soaked it too much.
  4. Mash bread and add cut onion, ginger, chillies, coriander leaves, eggs and salt.
  5. Beat the mixture with an egg-beater it so that the ingredients mix uniformly.
  6. Put some oil in a skillet in medium heat.
  7. Put half of the mixture in oil and fry like pancakes.
  8. Serve hot with ketchup.
