এমনি ভাবে আমি আপনার প্রতি আরবী ভাষায় কোরআন নাযিল করেছি, যাতে আপনি মক্কা ও তার আশ-পাশের লোকদের সতর্ক করেন এবং সতর্ক করেন সমাবেশের দিন সম্পর্কে, যাতে কোন সন্দেহ নেই। একদল জান্নাতে এবং একদল জাহান্নামে প্রবেশ করবে।
And thus We have inspired unto you (O Muhammad SAW) a Qur’ân (in Arabic) that you may warn the Mother of the Towns (Makkah) and all around it. And warn of the Day of Assembling, of which there is no doubt, when a party will be in Paradise (those who believed in Allâh and followed what Allâh’s Messenger SAW brought them) and a party in the blazing Fire (Hell) (those who disbelieved in Allâh and followed not what Allâh’s Messenger SAW brought them)
وَكَذَلِكَ أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ قُرْآنًا عَرَبِيًّا لِّتُنذِرَ أُمَّ الْقُرَى وَمَنْ حَوْلَهَا وَتُنذِرَ يَوْمَ الْجَمْعِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ فَرِيقٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَفَرِيقٌ فِي السَّعِيرِ
Wakathalika awhayna ilayka qur-anan AAarabiyyan litunthira omma alqura waman hawlaha watunthira yawma aljamAAi la rayba feehi fareequn fee aljannati wafareequn fee alssaAAeeri
YUSUFALI: Thus have We sent by inspiration to thee an Arabic Qur’an: that thou mayest warn the Mother of Cities and all around her,- and warn (them) of the Day of Assembly, of which there is no doubt: (when) some will be in the Garden, and some in the Blazing Fire.
PICKTHAL: And thus We have inspired in thee a Lecture in Arabic, that thou mayst warn the mother-town and those around it, and mayst warn of a day of assembling whereof there is no doubt. A host will be in the Garden, and a host of them in the Flame.
SHAKIR: And thus have We revealed to you an Arabic Quran, that you may warn the mother city and those around it, and that you may give warning of the day of gathering together wherein is no doubt; a party shall be in the garden and (another) party in the burning fire.
KHALIFA: We thus reveal to you an Arabic Quran to warn the central community and all around it, and to warn about the Day of Summoning that is inevitable. Some will end up in Heaven, and some in Hell.
০৭।এ ভাবেই আমি ওহীর মাধ্যমে তোমাকে আরবী কুর-আন প্রেরণ করেছি ৪৫৩৩, যাতে তুমি সতর্ক করতে পার মক্কা ও উহার চর্তুপার্শ্বের জনগণকে৪৫৩৪ , এবং [ তাদের ] সতর্ক করতে পার মহাসমাবেশের দিন সম্বন্ধে , যার সম্বন্ধে কোনই সন্দেহ নাই। [যেদিন ] কেহ কেহ থাকবে বেহেশতে আর কেহ কেহ থাকবে জ্বলন্ত অগ্নিতে ৪৫৩৫।
৪৫৩৩। কোরাণ শরীফ আরবীতে অবতীর্ণ হওয়ার কারণ অতি সহজেই বোধগম্য। কারণ যাদের মাঝে কোরাণের বাণী সর্বপ্রথম প্রচারিত হবে তারা সকলেই আরবী ভাষী , আয়াতের পরবর্তী অংশ দেখুন। আরও দেখুন আয়াত [ ৪১ : ৪৪ ] ও টিকা ৪৫১৬।
৪৫৩৪। মক্কা নগরীর জন্য দেখুন টিকা ৯১৩ ও আয়াত [ ৬ : ৯২]। নিঃসন্দেহে আয়াতটি মক্কাতে অবতীর্ণ হয়, সে কারণেই এর প্রাথমিক প্রচার সম্বন্ধে মক্কার উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে। এ ব্যতীত মুসলমানদের কিব্লা কাবা শরীফ মক্কায় অবস্থিত।এ ভাবেই মক্কা নগরী ইসলামের মূল কেন্দ্র এবং “উহার চর্তুদিকের জনগণ” অর্থাৎ সমগ্র বিশ্ববাসী।
৪৫৩৫। মানুষের পাপ সম্বন্ধে এবং কেয়ামত দিবস সম্বন্ধে সর্তক করার প্রতি বিশেষ গুরুত্ব প্রদান করা হয়েছে যেমন ব্যাখ্যা করা হয়েছে সূরার সার সংক্ষেপে।
